Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Coco and Luna.
If for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase we invite you to review our policy on refunds and returns.
The following terms are applicable for any products that you purchased with us.
For the Goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:
· The Goods were purchased in the last 30 days.
· Your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it.
We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return condition at our sole discretion.
Only regular-priced Goods may be refunded. Unfortunately, Goods on sale cannot be refunded.
To return your product, please contact us at info@vitapetlife.com and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and attach to the product you are returning.
Please do not send your purchase to our listed address or without a Return Shipping Label.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is shipped (using the provided Return Shipping Label), it is your responsibility to contact us for verification and confirmation. We will then process the applicable refund amount.
Once approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original method of payment, which will appear within 4-7 business days.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or you are unsatisfied with the product. If you need to exchange it for another product, send us an email at info@vitapetlife.com and we will send you a prepaid Return Shipping Label to print and return to our fulfillment center for inspection. Please include your order ID, lot # (located on the bottom of each jar), and photos of any damages (if applicable).
